Hi,
I got a little problem with my event.
I try to create two tickets, because there is different parts in my event : the morning and the after-noon.
I can create one ticket, but the access to a second one is denied.
Ticket info is blank when I try to create a new ticket.
(Details/ticket info)

Can you help me ?

What you are trying to do should be possible. Our Events team took a look at your account, and this issue seems to have been resolved. They will be contacting you directly to see if you need any further assistance.
