After sending out an email newsletter, sometimes I would get an automated reply that a particular recipient has changed, or will be changing, their email address. When I go to the edit screen and change the email address, I would click Save but get an error message indicating that the email address is not valid. The only way I can reflect this change is to delete the old contact and make a new contact.
Why can't I simply change the email address in the edit contact form?

David-

This should not be the case. As long as the email you are entering is valid, it should allow for you to change it. Customer support suspects it may be a browser issue, but has asked me to ask you to contact customer support to get to the bottom of this.

Thanks,

Andy

Andy,

Thanks for the reply. For some reason I did not realize you had replied to this until I manually checked this thread. I just sent support an email regarding the issue as I get it in both Chrome and Firefox.
